CSC E shram Portal: e Shramik Registration & Login
The E-Shram Portal Login has been launched by Union Employment Minister Bhupendra Yadav . Through the E Shram portal e shram card , a national database of 38 crore unorganized sector workers will be prepared, which will be seeded from Aadhaar. Due to which the laborers, street vendors and domestic workers will be linked together. The name, address, educational qualification, type of skill, family related information etc. will be entered on the portal. Along with connecting the workers together, many facilities will also be provided to them through this portal. A 12 digit e-card will be provided to all the registered workers which will be valid across the country. Through this card, the benefits of many schemes will also be provided to the workers

Objective Of E-Shram Portal Login
The main objective of the E-Shram portal is to create a centralized database of all unorganized sector workers including construction workers, migrant workers, gig and platform workers, street vendors, domestic workers, agricultural workers, etc. The e-Shram portal has also been launched with an aim to improve the implementation of social security schemes. Integration of social security schemes will also be done through E-Shram Portal Login Through E Shram Portal , workers will also get help in providing employment according to their skills. Apart from this, this portal will also provide a comprehensive database to deal with any national crisis like Kovid-19 in future.

National Informatics Center
NIC is the project execution agency for the MDUW project. NIC will also provide assistance in design and development to implement the project. The overall ICT solution will also be provided by NIC for this project

Line Ministries/Department of Central Government
The Ministries and Departments of the Central Government will also be stakeholders for the workers in the unorganized sector to be monitored by them. The data of all unorganized sector workers working under the government and their departments will be provided to the portal.
Workers Facilitation Center and Field Operator
Shramik Suvidha Kendra for workers working under State and Union Territory Governments will also be a stakeholder for registration of unorganized workers.
Unorganized Workers And Their Families
NDUW will be a national platform for unorganized workers to get social security schemes and benefits as per social security code in future.
UIDAI
UIDAI is an important partner of the project. Verification is done through UIDAI and Aadhaar based registration process is completed from time to time. UIDAI shares all the important information with the portal.
NPCI
API will be provided by NPCI for verification of bank account of UW and linking of Aadhaar with bank account through NDUW portal.
ESIC\EPFO
ESIC and EPFO will also be the stakeholders of this portal. CSC and EPFO will be linked to the portal through UAN. Through these, it will be helpful to get information related to the workers of unorganized and organized sector. Apart from this, data of workers working in organized sector from unorganized sector will also be available.

CSCs are providing various services of Digital India Mission across the country through all the networks of the country at more than 3.5 lakh centers. Through CSC you can enroll under different types of schemes. It functions as an enrollment agency.
Department Of Post Through Post Office
Around 1.55 lakh post offices are operated under the Department of Posts. These post offices provide Aadhar based services all over India. The post offices will act as enrollment agency on the lines of CSC SPV.

The registration of unorganized workers working with private sector partnerships such as employers of unorganized workers, gig and platform aggregators, milk unions, cooperatives will be done by the ministry. In addition, the Open API will also be published for wider use of private sectors.
E Shram Portal Acts And Rules
The Unorganized Workers Social Security Act 2008
About 88% of the workers work in the unorganized sector. But they do not receive Social Security benefits. Welfare schemes are run by the central government for specific groups of unorganized workers such as beedi workers, building and construction workers, etc. These schemes are operated to provide social security to all these workers. For which The Organized Worker Social Security Act has also been implemented.
The Contract Labor Act 1970
Contract worker is a person who is hired to work in a company through a contractor for a specific job and duration. Contractors are hired by companies who hire workers. The Contract Labor Act 1970 is enacted to prevent abuse of workers of the establishment and to ensure a healthy working environment for them.
Inter State Migrant Workmen Act 1979
Occupational security is provided in the working conditions through this act. This Act applies to establishments and contractors employing five or more international workers during any day of the preceding 12 months. There is also a provision for registration of establishment and license for contractor under this act.
The Minimum Wages Act 1948
This act has been introduced to improve the wage standards. A minimum wage has been fixed through this act so that workers can be saved from low wages.
The Bonded Labor System Act 1976
To meet his debt, the debtor or his descendant or dependent was forced to do bonded labor to meet his debt. Under this act, such bonded labor has been considered an offense. The system of bonded labor has been abolished for which an ordinance was also issued by the President.
The Code On Social Security 2020
The objective of the Social Security Act is to provide social security to all employees and workers in the organized or unorganized or other sector. The law relating to social security has been amended and consolidated through this Code.
The Code On Wedges 2019
This code seeks to regulate wage and bonus payments in all employment where any industry, trade, occupation or manufacturing is carried on. This code applies to all employees. For the workers working in the central sector, the wages fixed by the central government are provided and for the workers working in the state government sector, the wages fixed by the state government are provided.
The Occupational Safety, Health And Working Condition Code, 2020
Through this code, the occupational safety and health and working conditions of the working workers are regulated. This code has been introduced in place of 13 old central labor laws.
Industrial Relation Code 2022
Through this code the laws relating to conditions of employment, investigation and settlement of industrial disputes are consolidated and amended. This code has been prepared in accordance with the report and recommendations of the 2nd National Labor Commission
Various Schemes Under E Shram Portal
Social Security Welfare Scheme
✔️ Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maandhan Yojana- Through this scheme, a minimum pension of ₹ 3000 is provided to the beneficiary after the age of 60 years. If the beneficiary dies then 50% of the pension share is provided to the spouse of the beneficiary. To get the benefit of this scheme, the beneficiary will have to pay premium which will be between ₹ 55 to ₹ 200. 50% of the premium amount will be deposited by the beneficiary and 50% will be deposited by the Central Government.
✔️ National Pension Scheme for Shopkeepers, Traders and Self Employed Person – Under this scheme a minimum pension of ₹ 3000 is provided to the beneficiary after the age of 60 years. To get the benefit of this scheme, the beneficiary has to pay a premium of ₹ 55 to ₹ 200. 50% of the premium amount is deposited by the beneficiary and 50% is borne by the central government.
✔️ Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana- This scheme is implemented by the Department of Financial Services. The benefit of this scheme is provided by the bank. On the death of the beneficiary due to any reason, ₹ 200000 is provided to the beneficiary’s nominee under this scheme.
✔️ Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana- Under this scheme, if the beneficiary dies due to an accident or the beneficiary becomes completely disabled, then an amount of ₹ 200000 is provided, if the beneficiary is not completely disabled then ₹ 100000 Financial assistance is provided.
✔️ Atal Pension Yojana- Under this scheme, a pension of ₹ 1000 to ₹ 5000 is provided to the beneficiary. A lump sum amount of pension is also provided under this scheme to the beneficiary’s spouse after the death of the beneficiary.
✔️ PDS- Through this scheme 35 kg rice or wheat is provided to the beneficiary per month. 15 kg of food items are provided to the family living above poverty line.
✔️ Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin- Through this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 1.2 lakh is provided in plain area and Rs 1.3 lakh in hilly area for the construction of house.
✔️ National Social Assistant Program- This is a pension scheme. Through this plan, a premium of 300 to ₹ 500 has to be paid per month. Under this scheme, a pension of ₹ 1000 to ₹ 3000 is provided.
✔️ Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana- Through this scheme health insurance up to ₹ 500000 is provided to every family without paying any premium.
✔️ Health Insurance Scheme for Weavers- Health insurance is provided to the weaver through this scheme.
✔️ National Safai Karamchari Finance and Development Corporation- Financial assistance is provided to the Safai Karamcharis through this scheme.
✔️ Self Employment Scheme for Rehabilitation of Manual Scavengers- Through this scheme skill training will be provided to manual scavengers and their dependents free of cost. Apart from this, a stipend of ₹ 3000 will also be provided by the government.
Employment Scheme
✔️ MGNREGA- Through this scheme, 100 days guaranteed employment is provided to the workers .
✔️ Deendayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushal Yojana- This scheme has been developed with the objective of providing skill training to rural youth. Jobs are also provided to the youth after skill training through this scheme.
✔️ Deendayal Upadhyaya Antyodaya Yojana- Through this scheme, financial assistance is provided to the poor laborers of the country for skill training and starting business.
✔️ PM Svanidhi- Through this scheme, financial assistance of ₹ 10000 is provided to the street vendors of the country in the form of loan.
✔️ Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana- Through this scheme skill training is provided to the youth of the country so that they can get employment.
✔️ Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Program- Through this scheme, financial assistance is provided to set up new enterprises.
